In which Mama intends to start a nice, quiet way to wind down to bedtime but instead starts a baby riot.
D had been talking a lot about Papa, so we thought we'd look at some pictures of Papa. Along the way, we discovered pictures and video of favorite baby toys of yore, including Johnny-Jump-Up and the beloved Chicco DJ Baby Walker.
D was instantly outraged that he was not still playing with these treasures this very day, and the following exchange ensued:
D: I wanna play! With em!
Mama: They were fun baby toys, weren't they?
D: YEAH! I WANT TO!!
Mama: I'm sorry honey, you were a baby then. You are too big now. You have fun big boy toys.
D (now wailing): I WILL GROW LITTLE!!!
